About
Adele Bayless, Principal
With over 30 years in property and facility management, I have built expertise across every aspect of the industry — from property maintenance and tenant relations to budget oversight, lease negotiations, and operational strategy. My career has shown me one truth: safety and sustainability are inseparable in modern property management.
In both 2011 and 2024, I earned the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Certificate of Fitness, enabling me to design emergency plans, train building teams, and conduct large-scale evacuation drills with precision and confidence. I was proud to play a pivotal role in launching Minneapolis’s first Class A high-rise in 20 years — a 37-story mixed-use landmark integrating office, hotel, and residential spaces.
My experience spans the full spectrum of property types:
-
High-, mid-, and low-rise office buildings
-
Suburban office parks and industrial complexes
-
Retail centers, shopping malls, and multifamily housing
-
Homeowners associations and luxury residential estates
-
Bank facilities, including trading floors, call centers, branches, and private banks
Since 2001, I have held the Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facility Management Administrator (FMA) designations, underscoring my dedication to excellence.
I am equally committed to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) and to building strong, trust-based relationships between first responders and commercial property managers. Whether conducting seminars, contributing to industry white papers, or teaching in the RPA program, my mission is consistent: to combine technical readiness with emotional resilience, creating safer, more inclusive spaces for everyone.
