I Got Guested on a Podcast!

Late last month, the episode Rising Above Risk: High-Rise Safety Tips with Adele Bayless (that's me!) dropped. I have to say that being a guest on a podcast is much easier than being host, and Preparedness PRO's host, Kellene Vaile was a pro (pun intended). Kellene has been a voice in the "prepper" community for more than a decade.

Clearly, I do not come from a prepper mindset, but I do think that the safety and emergency preparedness mindset should be default for us all. In the episode, I talk about my philosophy as well as give some tips for those in high-rise apartment buildings. Alas, my core message of having a safety mindset at all times, in all spaces, remains constant.
